We work hard to reduce consulting project-related travel expenses.  RB&A understands the costs incurred by clients for consultant travel and uses available technology to reduce these costs, where feasible. We do our best to ensure that all travel arrangements are scheduled and booked in a timely manner to reduce travel expenses to our clients.  We consistently strive to obtain the lowest airfares and apply any discounts available to us as preferred business travelers for airfare, hotels, car rentals, etc. 

 

Once the initial onsite visits have occurred to familiarize RB&A consultants with each client's unique situation, facilities, market, and participating staff members, on-line meeting technology for interim presentations is utilized to reduce the travel expenses associated with a site visit.  RB&A can't eliminate all travel expenses to the clients but we work hard to make sure each visit is exceptionally planned, discussion & presentation material is well prepared, and the objectives established for each visit are met. RB&A bills all travel expenses at cost without any additional markup like occurs with some firms.
